If your tracking shows “Label Created,” “Pending,” or “Waiting for Pickup,” this usually means the order has been processed and prepared for shipment but has not yet been scanned by the courier.
This is a normal part of the shipping process.
What “Label Created” Means
When your order is processed, the warehouse generates a shipping label and assigns a tracking number.
At this stage:
• The parcel is packed and ready for dispatch
• The courier has not yet scanned the parcel into their system
Tracking will update once the parcel is collected and processed at the courier depot.
Why Tracking May Not Update Immediately
Tracking updates depend on the courier's pickup and scanning schedule.
Common reasons include:
• Courier pickup scheduled later in the day
• Parcel waiting for daily freight collection
• Parcel being transferred to a sorting depot
Tracking normally updates within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
Oversized Solar Panel Shipments
Large items such as solar panels may:
• Ship via freight courier instead of Australia Post
• Be manifested in bulk before pickup
• Only update once they arrive at the first freight depot
Because of this, tracking may appear inactive for a short period.
Typical Tracking Timeline
Example dispatch timeline:
Day 1
Order packed and label created
Day 2
Courier pickup and first scan
Day 3–7
Transit and delivery
Tracking updates normally appear after the first courier scan.
What To Do If Tracking Has Not Updated
If your tracking shows Label Created or Pending, please allow:
24–48 hours for courier scanning.
During busy periods or regional pickups, updates may take slightly longer.
