If you’ve only received part of your order — don’t worry.
For large or multi-item orders, it’s common for items to be shipped separately. This is called a split shipment.

Your order may arrive in multiple deliveries due to:

You may receive:
- Panels first, accessories later
- Batteries delivered separately
- Multiple cartons arriving on different days
- Different tracking numbers for each shipment

? What To Check First
Before reporting a missing item, please:
- ✅ Check all tracking emails (you may have multiple)
- ✅ Check spam/junk folders
- ✅ Confirm how many items were ordered
- ✅ Allow 1–3 additional business days for remaining cartons

- Ordered 2 panels → only 1 arrives initially
- Panel delivered → regulator arrives later
- Kit arrives in 2–3 separate cartons
- Items delivered by different couriers
⏱️ When Should I Contact Support?
Please contact us if:
- More than 3 business days have passed since first delivery
- Tracking shows no updates for remaining items
- You received incorrect items instead

Due to the size and nature of solar equipment, split shipments are very common — especially for:
- Fixed solar panels
