1. Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes, we accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Suitable for resale

Please note:

  • Return postage is at your expense

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply


2. How do I request a return?

To start a return, submit a support ticket via our help desk. Include:

  • Your order number

  • The product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item is faulty or damaged

We'll guide you through the return process.


3. What items can’t be returned?

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened batteries or electrical components

  • Custom-built or special-order items

  • Items not in original packaging

  • Items used, damaged, or modified after delivery

  • Any item returned outside the 14-day window without prior approval


4. Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Yes. For change-of-mind returns, you’ll need to organise and pay for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.


5. What if my item arrived damaged or faulty?

If your order is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The outer packaging

  • The shipping label

We will assess the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


6. How long does it take to process a return or refund?

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, your refund (less any restocking fees if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


7. Will I be refunded the full amount?

If the return meets our policy requirements, you will be refunded:

  • The product price

  • Less a 15% restocking fee (where applicable)

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, you will receive a full refund, including original shipping.
